WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1. Exercise, doing a thirty-minute workout daily can turn out to be very effective.
2. Don’t forget to eat! But do take a Healthy Diet only. Let the fast food go on a vacation!
3. Get an adequate amount of sleep. According to the National Sleep Foundation, an individual from 18-64 years of age need 7-9 hours of Goodnight Sleep.
4. Keep a check on your stress level. Try avoiding negative people or environment. Always approach an enjoyable activity. Go for a walk, take a bike ride, read the amazing stuff. Bring that out! Don’t keep your feelings inside, let your emotions flow.
5. Interact. Not only with yourself but with the person whom you trust. If needed, do approach a psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist.
