Ingredients to make Mix veg Pasta:
Pasta, capsicum, pasta sauce, broccoli, mushroom, beans, ajinomoto, olive oil, soya sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, salt.
Method:
• Wash beans and broccoli, cut them, and then steam them.
• Chop mushrooms as well.
• Heat the olive oil in a pan.
• Add beans and broccoli in the hot oil and fry them.
• Add capsicum, mushrooms, ajinomoto, oregano, chilli flakes, soya sauce, and salt, and fry them.
• Boil some water in a separate pan, and add salt and turmeric in it.
• Add pasta in the boiling water and let it cook.
• Add the boiled pasta in the fried vegetables and let it cook for a while.
Serve your mix veg pasta hot, with ketchup.
