There are various ways by which a person can improve his/her mental health. It is upto you to do stuff which works for you and makes you feel better. Here are some suggestions that might help you improve your mental health:
- Meditation
- Yoga/exercise
- Do something you like to do
- Talk to your friends and family
- Eat a balanced and a healthy diet
- Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep
