Earlier famous for his Bhajans and Urdu Ghazals, Anoop Jalota these days is making into headlines because of her love relationships, both present and past. Till date, he has sung hundreds of Bhajans and has even won Padma Shri in 2012. Extremely successful in his professional life, Anoop Jalota has experienced lots of ups and downs in his personal life. Currently, it is his personal life, which Bigg Boss Season 12 is feeding on to excite as much controversy as possible around him.
Right from his introduction in the Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss season 12, Anoop Jalota has been very vocal about his personal life. 65 year old Anoop Jalota has taken his entry on the reality show along with his 28-year old girl friend, Jasleen Matharu. Jasleen Matharu is 37 years younger than him, and is going to be his fourth wife in the future, perhaps. All three of the previous marriages of Anoop Jalota were short-lived.
Anoop Jalota’s first wife was one of his students, Sonali Seth. Due to families’ discontents, they married against their will. Frequent personal fights gave way to divorce very soon and Sonali Seth married Roop Kumar Rathore.
After this, Anoop Jalota married to Bina according to his parents’ wishes. Unfortunately, even this marriage could not sustain, and they divorced. Anoop Jalota’s third wife was Medha Gujral, and Anoop Jalota was Medha Gujral’s second husband. Her first husband was Shekhar Kapoor. Anoop has a son with Medha, whose name is Aryaman. It was untimely death of his third wife due to Liver failure, which separated Anoop from her.
Coming back to his current lady love, Jasleen Matharu is a singer and an actor, but is more famous as Anoop Jalota’s girlfriend. Jasleen Matharu has shared the stage with many successful and popular singers like Mikka and Sukhwinder Singh. She has taken singing lessons from his current boyfriend only.
It’s Bigg Boss season 12 which has dutifully brought the “personal” lives of Anoop Jalota and Jasleen Matharu to the spotlight. What is yet to be seen is the fate of the couple during their stay in Bigg Boss’s house, and after it.
