Posting formula as my mother gets ready :-
Tea powder 2 teaspoon
Milk 1 cup
Chai masala 1 teaspoon
Sugar Free 4 measures
For Masala
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Green cardamoms 4
Dark peppercorns 16
Nutmeg ground 1/4 teaspoon
Stage 1
Dry granulate all the masala fixings to a fine powder. Let it cool totally then sifter. Store in a water/air proof compartment.
Stage 2
Utilize the masala as and when required to make tea. Bubble three cups of water in a dish.
Stage 3
Include tea leaves, milk, the powdered masala and Sugar Free and heat the blend to the point of boiling once more. Bubble for two or three minutes. Strain and serve steaming hot.

Masala tea is something we all love to sip; in other words, it makes our morning refreshing. It’s rightly said – “you can’t buy happiness, but you can have tea”.
With this quick masala tea recipe, you can make it too. Let’s read it.
Prep time – 15-20 minutes
Serves - 2-3
Ingredients
For masala
· Whole cloves - 3
· Cinnamon sticks - 1
· Ground ginger - ¼ tsp crushed
· Cardamom pods - 2
· Ground black pepper (preferably fresh) - ⅛ tsp
· Tulsi leaves – 4 to 5
For tea
· Water - 2 cups
· Milk – 1 cup
· Granulated sugar – 2.5 tbsps
· Black tea - 2 tbsps
Masala tea quick easy recipe
1.Crush the spices cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon using okhli.
2.Take water in a saucepan. Add ginger, pepper, tulsi leaves and the crushed spices to the tea pan.
3.Bring it to a boil for 2-4 minutes.
4. Add the tea
5.Take a boil, and add milk and sugar.
6.Boil it for 2-3 min. Turn off the flame. Cover the tea pot with 5 minutes.
7.Stir and serve.
Enjoy the tea with toast or biscuits!
