Want to make sonething new? Follow these steps to get creamy vegan miso butter ramen of wonderful taste.
1. Gather the ingredients and bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the shiitakes, ginger, scallion, and kombu.
3. Remove the kombu and continue simmering until the dashi becomes slightly golden.
4. Lightly crush the sesame seeds with spice grinder.
5. Heat the sesame oil and add the garlic and ginger.
6. Stir in the reserved crushed sesame seeds and the soy sauce.
7. Add the reserved dashi and soy milk.
8. Cook the noodles.
9. Divide the cooked noodles into 4 bowls and then top each bowl with 1 tablespoon of vegan butter. Add your desired toppings.
