Kesar Lassi is a delicious and healthy drink. This lip-smacking drink can be easily prepared at home with using yogurt and saffron.
Ingredients Required:
1 cup yogurt (curd).
1 teaspoon sugar.
1 teaspoon pistachios.
2 cup water.
1 teaspoon almonds.
5 strand saffron.
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture gets smooth.
Step 2
Now, add kesar (saffron) for flavour and serve chilled. Enjoy!
