Chin fat, or also known as double chin is something that can be caused due to various reasons. At times, it can also be because of the person's genetics. It can also be because of leading an unhealthy lifestyle on a regular basis. However, just like any other type of fat in the body, with a set of exercises and a healthy lifestyle, that chin fat can be reduced and after a point in time, it can go permanently as well. To get rid of the chin fat, you can do the following steps:

  1. Do a set of chin exercises (neck stretch, ball exercise, straight jaw jut, etc.)
  2. Eat more fruits and vegetables daily
  3. Avoid processed foods at all costs
  4. Eat lean meat (poultry and fish)
  5. Only eat fats which are healthy like olive oil, avocados and nuts
  6. Only consume low fat dairy products

If these steps are followed, then getting rid of the double chin will be very easy.
