Beauty is so important to youth now-a-days. There are some tips to be followed before going to bed. Avoid makeup before going to bed. Apply some hand cream. Toner must be applied. Then, the eye cream is necessary. For ease and beautiful hairs, tie the hair. You should use petroleum jelly for feet. Brush your teeth every night. Sleep with silk pillowcases and then you will get a good and healthy sleep. After waking, you will glow.

Before going to bed, make it a habit to wash your face taking out proper time and try using warm water to cleanse it. It will help in opening your pores and clearing the dirt. Also, it relaxes you before going to bed. Try using make-up pads to remove all the make-up if it is not removable through the water. But don't forget to clean it again with warm water after using the pads. Dry your face properly and then apply lotion with soft hands for moisture.
