Breakfast is one of the most important meal in a day.Breakfast should be heavy and filling because it's the first meal which is eaten after long gap hour of night.And having a good breakfast for the kids who live alone is very difficult, they didn't think about breakfast and eat junk food from outside which can cause many health problems.

Poha is one of the fastest & healthiest breakfast recipe for students living alone.Its also easy to make.just fry some sliced potatoes & onion,add tomato if required.Salt,chilli,turmeric as per requirement.Soak some poha in water for 2 3 minutes.Squeeze the poha with hands.As the potatoes are cooked add these squeezed poha into the potatoes & stir it well.You can put mustards seeds,curry leaves,groundnuts for extra flavour.Few more fastest breakfast recipes include Macaroni,Pakodas,Noodles,Egg Sandwich,Oats,Omelet etc.
