The Italian company Benelli, whose TRK 502 was displayed in AutoExpo 2016, promised to launch the model in India in 2017 which unfortunately did not happen due to the financial crisis faced by the DSK groups. But now, Benelli is planning to launch three models till the next financial year, that is, March 2019. Both TRK 502 and TRK 502X are said to be the adventure bikes according to their size and touring abilities.
The exact specifications and features of the motorbikes to be launched are not known, but here are some updates about Benelli TRK 502 motorbike:
• Engine: 499.6cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected parallel-twin engine.
• Torque: 47.6hp at 8,500rpm and 45Nm of torque at 5,000rpm
• Fuel tank: 20-litres
• Cost: Estimated cost is less than Rs. 5.5 Lakhs.
