Most of our dreams happen when we're in the Rapid Eye Movement (REM) stage of sleep. We take dreams in night and around 95% of dreams are forgotten in the morning.Dreams help people to learn more about their feelings, imagination and values.Images and symbols appear in dreams which have meanings and connections with a particular person.Every indvidual having diffrent dreams about their life.The things you do and think during the day can appear in dreams either emotional or physical activities we do helps to shape their unique content.Dreams are not real but it is only imagination based on our entire day.Dreams can provide insights into relationships and help you better understand your feelings.Diffrent types of dreams may arises: You are pregnent,you cheated on your partner,You are hanging with a celebrity etc.. Dreaming is a very deep thinking process in which we focus on self. By dreaming, we take a closer look at our present problems, actions, and aims. We generate thoughts, organize our thoughts, and reflect on ourselves more deeply. This helps us get a clearer understanding of ourselves and the situation, which leads to improved decision-making.

We all have them, the unfathomable thoughts that tease us throughout the night before slipping away in the morning. We rush to remember them, scratching with mental claws at their fading shapes in order to catch hold of them before they're gone for good. Sometimes we’re happy or angry or frightened by what we find there; sometimes our brain retreats into blissful emptiness behind a mask of pure blackness. But whatever they are, whatever it is that's happening while we sleep, is something important.
