Dry fruits and nuts have lots of health benefit but to get more benefits from it , it is advised to eat them in early morning. As there is no such a time you can eat when you get time or when you feel hungry there is no such a great time to eat but it is suggest to eat them on regular basis. Dry fruit act as a breakfast or pre lunch snacks.

The best time to eat dry fruits is in the morning afyer they have been soaked for a whole night the soaked ones gives you more energy than usual ones.You can eat dry fruits when your body heat tends to be on higher side at that time you can eat soaked dry fruits.The dried fruit has a high concentration of potassium, calcium and iron because of all this minerals they boost hour energy that prepares you for the rest of the day.
