According to my last update in January 2022, Al Nassr had not signed Cristiano Ronaldo yet. In the history of his career, Ronaldo has played for top-tier European clubs like Sporting Lisbon, Manchester united, Real Madrid, Juventus and later back to Manchester united. However, if Ronaldo joined Al Nassr or any other club after my last update, his scoring record would surely have attracted widespread attention and scrutiny because he is one of the greatest footballers ever.

In his entire career, Ronaldo’s proficiency in front of goal is well known. He has always managed to score goals with remarkable consistency owing to a unique combination of athleticism, technique and hunger. His prowess at finding the goal in different ways: bullet headers, accurate shooting with either foot or lethal free kicks has made him a dreaded nightmare for opposing defenders.

If Ronaldo were to have joined Al Nassr expectations over what he would have done would be very high. There are some who would eagerly be looking forward to seeing how it all plays out right from the day he arrived on the scene. Going by his achievements at each club that he has been with there would have been pressure on him continuing his goal-scoring antics in Saudi Professional League.
Compared to some of the European leagues however, the Saudi Professional League is less known globally though it has experienced increased investment and international talent in recent past. Ronaldo’s possible move to Al Nassr would have further enhanced the profile of the league and attracted a huge surge in attention from football fans across the globe.

To assess Ronaldo’s scoring record hypothetically for Al Nassr, one can consider various scenarios based on his performance metrics over time. For most of his career, Ronaldohas consistently averaged well above 0.5 goals per game, often eclipsing 1 goal per game. At that rate if he could have scored something similar at Al Nassr for example then he would probably have been among the highest scorers in no time if not being its top scorer.

Finally, as much as Ronaldo’s potential switch to Al Nassr remains speculative but him going anywhere else would be a game-changer. The Saudi Professional League will forever bear evidence of his incredible goal-scoring prowess and his immense popularity all over the world that also makes him one of greatest players football has ever produced.
