This is one of the measuring intelligence method, it measure the general intelligence factor which is manifested thought adaptive skills and mental behavior, the test is said to be independent of school achievement, social advantages and environment influences. The test claims that it is free from cultural bias but proofs for its being free from cultural bias are mixed. The non-verbal or non-language tests are said to be cultural fair intelligence test. As a matter of fact no one could fully succeed in constructing a culture-free-test in the true sense of the term. The only thing that can be stated in the favor of these test is they share the maximum experiences common to a large number of cultures. Hence the more appropriate name of these tests would be cultural common or cultural general tests rather than culture-fair tests of intelligence.
