An employment can be defined as a result of a relationship between two or more parties on the basis of contract. This work is in the paid form. In this contract, there is one organisation, non-profit organization or any firm where there is an employer who provides the work which is done by the employee. All these employees work in return of payment which can be based on monthly, contractual or hourly. The reward in return for this work done will be called a salary or remuneration.

Employment means the number of people who are working under someone and are getting are paid for it.There are two people involved in this contract ,the employer and the employee.Employment gives a sense of financial stability in the life of a person.Employment can be of different types like full-time and part-time employees,temporary and fixed period employees,contract workers. Apprentices and trainees are taken for a shorter period and they are paid stipend during that stipulated period along with an experience certificate as per their performance.
