Metabolic disorders are those that alter the body's ability to distribute and process macronutrients like, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, in a negative way. These kind of disorders may occur because of obesity and inactivity. They can also be linked to a condition which is known as insulin resistance. The only way to cure metabolic disorders is to make sure that you lead a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle should consist of the following aspects:
- Balanced Diet
- Regular Exercise/Meditation
- Right Amount of Sleep
If these steps are followed on a regular basis, then not only you will avoid metabolic disorders, but the chances of even catching the common cold and cough will decrease drastically.
