Synthetic paper is a material made of synthetic resin that has properties similar to that of regular paper. High-density polyethylene or biaxially oriented polypropylene are commonly used to make synthetic paper. There are applications for both label and non-label paper.
Synthetic papers are used in a range of industries for printing, manufacturing, and labelling, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food & beverage. Both water-resistant and long-lasting, the former is a good choice. Synthetic paper is becoming increasingly popular due to its durability as well as environmental benefits.
