The term fundamental rights generally means to provide freedom to citizens to have peace in the country. Our Indian constitution contains several rights under Article 12 to 35 i Part III. These are of total six in numbers. In general, there are six fundamental rights in Indian constitution named as:
- Right to Equality
- Right to Freedom
- Right against exploitation
- Right to freedom of religion
- Cultural and educational rights
- Right to Constitutional remedies
