Brazil has many rivers which are most significant in their agriculture and farming. There are nearly 10 rivers in Brazil. There is no other river in Brazil that can ever match the status of the Amazon river.
Amazon is the second-longest river in the whole world and the largest by its volume of water discharged and Amazon river supports most of Brazil's forest ecosystem and rich biodiversity which is the most significant aspect. And within its basin and provides water to the population of Brazil.
