Adele is a famous singer, songwriter and entertainer, she has been recognised time and again, thrilling audiences and critics alike. Adele has won 22 billboard Music awards along with 15 Grammy awards. Someof her best and most popular tracks include 'Someone Like You', 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Set Fire To The Rain', these trackswere among the top 10 of the Billboard top 100 and it is definitely a record-breaking achievement for a solo female artist. Recently, Adele celebrated her 32nd birthday on 5th May, 2020 and she posted a picture of herself on her Instagram profile showing her gratitude to the fans and the support.
Adele left everyone into shock through her amazing weight-loss results, she lost about 20 kg in the time span of one year and the results are quite amazing. She captioned her Instagram post saying "Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I'd like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels 2020 okay bye thanks x”.
Her incredible weight loss is something that is being attributed to the Sirtfood diet.
She took up Pilates but wasn’t a really big fan of it, her major weight loss happened because of the extreme change in the lifestyle and diet played and extremely important role ( about 90%) says her friend Camilla Goodies.

This is the diet which Adele has been following, the diet mainly consists of greens and there is no doubt that the Sirtfood diet has done extreme wonders for the singer, she left everyone into complete shock and amazed. She was able to shed kilos because of the plant based diet and without a doubt it has worked wonders for her.
