What is Valetudo?

Valetudo is an Oddball. It is one of the newly-found moons of Jupiter. It’s more special than other moons because it is orbiting around Jupiter in the same direction in which the planet itself spins. Valetudo is named after Roman God Jupiter’s great granddaughter, who is the goddess of health and hygiene.
Astronomers discovered around a dozen new moons orbiting around Jupiter and now the planet has 79 moons in total. The discovery was confirmed by the telescopes in Chile, Hawaii, and Arizona. According to the reports, due to the unusual orbit of Valetudo, it is likely to collide with the other objects (moons) which are taken as half rock and half ice.
Despite Jupiter being so massive, the moons are orbiting around it instead of falling into it. This, according to the scientists, accounts for their being something between asteroids and icy comets.
