What kinds of problems can a South Indian suffer in the north?

Language is very important to know in which ever state you stay the main language of the state we should know to live there.South india is another side of india they are very proud of their language but sometimes because of this they have to face problem of not knowing hindi every body cannot understand telegu, malyalam but this can be solve by knowing english it can solve little bit problem,but everybody can't understand english.
