The Election Laws Bill 2021 passed in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and stated that the linking of Aadhaar card to Voter ID will be compulsory for giving votes . Government has stated that people will be restricted from entering the electoral rolls if they do not possess a Aadhaar card.If people want to give votes they have link their adhaar card to voter id and itbis compulsory to all the citizens.
