Antioxidants are natural as well as man-made substances found in foods. It protects us from diseases causing free radicals. It may prevent us from any cell damages. The antioxidants include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and minerals too like copper, zinc, iron, etc. That's why a diet including antioxidants is very much required. Some food sources of antioxidants are- Dark chocolate, Pecans, Blueberries, Strawberries, Goji Berries, Raspberries, Kale, fruits, Green vegetables and many more.
