Antioxidants are natural as well as man-made substances found in foods. It protects us from diseases causing free radicals. It may prevent us from any cell damages. The antioxidants include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and minerals too like copper, zinc, iron, etc. That's why a diet including antioxidants is very much required.
