Who is eligible to do a course on digital marketing?

Whenever one wants to do a course of any sort, one of the first things you have to make sure is that you are a 10th pass student, a 12th pass student and you have completed your graduation is some field. This goes for any every course, even for digital marketing. You need to have a base built for higher education. If you don't even know anything about what you are doing, then you can't succeed further. Therefore, even to do a course on digital marketing, you need to have a certificate of graduation from any university/institution which the government recognizes.
