Father of Indian Actress Alia Bhatt is Mahesh Bhatt. He is a well-known Hindi cinema director, producer, as well as screenwriter who already has worked in a variety of genres. Saaransh, which screened at the 14th Moscow International Film Festival, is a standout film from his early career. That year, it was India's official submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. In 1974, at the age of 26, Bhatt made his directorial debut with the film Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain.
