Who launched a Home rule Movement in India, apart from Annie Besant?

The Home Rule Movement was launched under the administration of Annie Besant and Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Tilak comprised the main home principle alliance at Belgaum in April, 1916. Annie Besant established the subsequent Home Rule alliance at Adyar Madras in September 1916. In 1917, Annie Besant was captured. She was the main lady leader of the Kolkata meeting of INC in 1917.
