2020 has brought the biggest pandemic of the times. Covid -19 or coronavirus has drastically changed our lives. It has been a world of social distancing now to reduce the spread of corona. But these situations have brought major challenges in life like stress, mental health, depression, anxiety and a lot. To cope up with the stress of covid 19 is a vital part. The rising cases of corona affected death, lockdown, monotonous life all are giving us stress. Major precautions like social distancing, sanitisers, masks and other safety measures are very important. But mental health is also very important.
We need to learn to cope up with stress. Just need to remember that it's natural to feel stress, anxiety during this covid 19 pandemic. We can take care of ourselves by eating healthy, exercise, yoga, meditation, and get plenty of sleep. Give ourselves some time. Indulge ourselves in activities that we like. Talk it out with the loved ones. Stay connected with your family and friends. Family plays a very important role in our life. They can easily help us to cope up with stress. Don't stay isolated and don't panic. Use the safety measures and have a perfect family time. Stress will go by herself only.
