It is said that god Vishwakarma was born on this day. The day is also known as Vishwakarma day. Vishwakarma is the seventh son of Lord Brahma. If Brahma is the creator of the universe, Vishwakarma is its crafter.
If someone does not have any kind of craft, he cannot create anything.
Vishwakarma worship is so important, because life is not possible without construction, and Lord Vishwakarma has brought the art and craft of creation in our lives.
