A SWOT analysis (or Stock, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats Analysis) is a business technique that analyzes the internal and external factors of an organization. It helps you look at what you're doing right and where there are opportunities to do better. It also helps identify any possible threats or weaknesses you need to worry about in the future.

Developing a strong SWOT Analysis is how businesses set goals, manage change and make strategic decisions on advertising campaigns and what new products to offer customers. If done right, it will provide insight into where your company can potentially succeed in the future.
