Shahi Paneer is a rich and creamy Indian curry made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese), onion-tomato gravy, cream, and a blend of aromatic spices. Here is a simple recipe to make Shahi Paneer at home:

Instructions:
Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium flame.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth paste using a blender.
Heat the same pan on medium flame and add the blended paste.
Add water as required to adjust the consistency.
Add paneer cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens.
Add heavy cream and mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
