We should drink one glass of milk everyday to all age members because it has many health benefits in it.It has calcium which is required to your body.So here are some tips which you can never eat with milk are as follows:
1.Do not eat fish and milk together.
2.Never eat banana and milk.
3.Avoid combining sour things with milk.
These are something which you should avoid with milk.
