Who is Chelsea new owner?

The new owner of Chelsea Football Club is Todd Boehly. He is an American businessman who is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Eldridge Industries, a private investment firm. Boehly is also a part-owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Lakers.
